Reuben is a little guy with a lot of love to give and a big puppy smile on his dial 24 hours a day. Never a dull moment with Reuben around!

He’s one of the sweetest little dogs. He has a very good, temperament, although he’s clearly been treated badly in the past.

Shy at first, he actually loves attention and loves running games, and really loves to see you when you get home from work or wherever you’ve been. For a three year old he is very puppy like and would be a great addition to an active couple or a family with older children. He does get very excited sometimes and might not understand how to be calm around infants or toddlers.

He’s learning great new behaviour patterns everyday. He walks well, and eats just about anything! He knows his name very well and is very easily brought to attention or called. He’s in excellent health, and his teeth are beautiful!

We’d love to find a loving new owner for this wee boy. He’s very deserving and needs someone to call his own.

Dog Rescue Newcastle is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Reuben’s adoption donation covers his desexing, vaccinations, heartworm vaccination, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and
lifetime registration.

Reuben was rescued from a pound and is in foster care in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area. He is available for adoption to a loving home anywhere in Australia.
